ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Pelindo’s organizational structure was ratified through PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Board of Directors Regulation No. HK.01/30/11/1/PSKR/UTMA/PLND-21 dated November 30, 2021 concerning the Organizational Structure and Governance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero). The following shows the organizational structure of Pelindo as of December 31, 2021.
