PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA II (PERSERO) BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMPOSITION FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY

The Board of Directors composition for the period January 1, 2021 – March 15, 2021 consisted of 8 (eight) people including 1 (one) President Director, 1 (one) Vice President Director, and 6 (six) Directors. All Directors were domiciled in the Pelindo II Head Office working area. The composition and basis for the appointment of the Board of Directors can be seen in the table below.
