PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA II (PERSERO) BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMPOSITION FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 2021 – DECEMBERB 31, 2021(POST MERGER)

On October 1, 2021, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) merged to become PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and changed its name to”PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or abbreviated as Pelindo”. Thus, the Board of Directors Composition for the period October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, consists of 7 (seven) people, including 1 (one) President Director, 1 (one) Vice President Director, and 5 (five) Directors. All Directors are domiciled in the Pelindo working area. The composition and basis for appointment of the Board of Directors can be seen in the table below.
