CHANGES IN THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEMBERSHIP COMPOSITION AND REASONS FOR THE CHANGES

PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2021 - OCTOBER 1, 2021

The Board of Commissioners composition for the period January 1, 2021 to October 1, 2021 consisted of 7 (seven) people, including 1 (one) President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner, 3 (three) Independent Commissioners, and 3 (three) Commissioners. All Commissioners were domiciled in the Pelindo II Head Office working area. The composition and basis for the appointment of the Board of Commissioners can be seen in the table below.

PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 2021 - DECEMBER 9, 2021

On October 1, 2021, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) were merged into PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and changed its name to “PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or abbreviated as Pelindo”.
