PERIOD DECEMBER 9, 2021 - DECEMBER 31, 2021

On December 9 based on the Minister of SOEs as a PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) GMS Decree No. SK-396/MBU/12/2021 dated December 9, 2021 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company, Irma Suryani Chaniago was dismissed with honor as an Independent Commissioner and Muchtar Luthfi Mutty was appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the needs of the Company. Thus, the Board of Commissioners composition for the period
