COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION
To measure and support the Learning Program development effectiveness, the following evaluation process is carried out:
- Evaluation of Educational Programs:
- Operator evaluation includes teachers and facilities;
- Participant evaluation is carried out by:
- Submitting periodic progress reports, academic final results, transcripts, and original certificates to the HC Manager in each work unit, and copied to the Head Office HC Management Group Head;
- Sharing knowledge on academic final assignments and other knowledge acquired during the education.
- Evaluation of Training Programs:
- Evaluation of Learning (Level 1) including evaluating the implementation of the training aimed to improve the learning program services through a survey method;
- Evaluation of Knowledge of Learning Participants (Level 2), by evaluating employees at the end of a training to determine the level of learning absorption, and declaring the employees who have graduated, measured by methods determined by the teachers;
- Evaluation of Learning Participants Behavior (Level 3), by evaluating employees who have returned to their work units to determine the changes in behavior and their use of training results in the work units, measured by observations by superiors for 3 (three) – 6 (six) months;
- Learning Impact Evaluation (Level 4), by evaluating the impact or benefits from the training in the individual employee’s performance, or the performance of the unit where the employees work, or the performance of the Company as a whole.
- Evaluation of the Internship Program:
- Organizer evaluation including internship material, internship process, facilities provided by the agency providing the internship program;
- Participant evaluation is carried out by:
- Preparing reports on the internships implementation;
- By sharing knowledge onthe internship results at a time determined by the HC Manager in each work unit, copied to the HC Management Group Head at the Head Office.
