The organizational structure of the team responsible for the main pre-merger of Pelindo was made up of an Organizing Committee, Project Management Office (PMO), PMO Sub Team, Business Working Group, HC, Legal and Communication Working Group and the Finance Working Group. In addition, a Project Management Framework was also used for the Pelindo merger, whose main activity was to handle the initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
