The PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) strategy is derived from its vision and mission, as well as the objectives for establishing PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero). We have formulated a strategic theme from the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) goals, with 4 strategic themes being identified, namely:
- World-class port transformation;
- Strengthening the logistics ecosystem;
- Maritime supply chain efficiency; and
- Increasing Company value.
