The fourth strategic pillar is to increase the value of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), by strengthening the Company’s financial structure to create a prudent and stable financial system, optimize asset management, and focus the Company on developing business vertically and horizontally by utilizing PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) existing capabilities and competencies.

  • Enablers
  • All strategic pillars are supported by enablers that must be realized by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero). The strategic sub-pillars for enablers include areas of support for the main business operations, namely the development of the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) organization to promote business efficiency, development of sustainable innovations, development of HC capabilities and quality, as well as strengthening the use of technology and information systems (including development of integration company systems (Ops and Non-Ops) and integration with stakeholder/ external systems i.e. NLE)’

SOE PRIORITY AGENDA ALIGNMENT

The PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) RJPP was prepared in line with the Ministry of SOEs Strategic Plan for 2020-2024 as stated in the Minister of SOEs Regulation No. PER-08/MBU/08/2020 dated August 7, 2020 concerning the Ministry of SOEs Strategic Plan. The alignment process between the Company’s RJPP and the Ministry of SOEs RJPP is carried out by aligning the strategic pillars components with the Ministry of SOEs priority agenda, as shown in Figure of Matrix.
