REGIONAL 4
In line with the Company’s development direction that includes strengthening management capabilities in the main business lines and integrating the logistics ecosystem, business extensification outside the work areas, looking for non-commercial ports management opportunities, developing products and services in the main business lines, as well as the less than optimal commercialization of assets, PT Pelindo (Persero) Regional 4 took the following strategic steps in several aspects:
- Service Aspect
- Regional 4 looked to commercialize land and buildings that are less than optimal and to place more flexible tools between branches on an as-needed basis;
- To increase the Regional 4 Level of Service, it also looked to digitize port service products in the main goods, containers and ships segments, as well as in other port-related service segments; and
- To transform the main container and ship service segments.
- Customer Aspect
- Implemented a digital-based customer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management/ CRM) system by integrating it with customer voice management; and
- Utilized Key Account Management (KAM) to provide services in line with the customer's contribution to the Company, and to encourage customers to increase their contribution, loyalty and satisfaction.
- Market Aspect
Increased market share by conducting regional port business expansion to increase the PBM market share for container and non-container services in the non-drum Regional 4 area.
