REGIONAL 4

In line with the Company’s development direction that includes strengthening management capabilities in the main business lines and integrating the logistics ecosystem, business extensification outside the work areas, looking for non-commercial ports management opportunities, developing products and services in the main business lines, as well as the less than optimal commercialization of assets, PT Pelindo (Persero) Regional 4 took the following strategic steps in several aspects:

  1. Service Aspect
    1. Regional 4 looked to commercialize land and buildings that are less than optimal and to place more flexible tools between branches on an as-needed basis;
    2. To increase the Regional 4 Level of Service, it also looked to digitize port service products in the main goods, containers and ships segments, as well as in other port-related service segments; and
    3. To transform the main container and ship service segments.
  2. Customer Aspect
    1. Implemented a digital-based customer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management/ CRM) system by integrating it with customer voice management; and
    2. Utilized Key Account Management (KAM) to provide services in line with the customer's contribution to the Company, and to encourage customers to increase their contribution, loyalty and satisfaction.
  3. Market Aspect
  4. Increased market share by conducting regional port business expansion to increase the PBM market share for container and non-container services in the non-drum Regional 4 area.
