PORT OPERATIONS

SHIP TRAFFIC

Ship traffic in 2021 reached 254,669 units, an increase of 10.76% compared to 229,932 units in 2020. Ship traffic in GT units in 2021 reached 1,186,217,247 GT, an increase of 13.78% compared to 1,042,573,078 GT in 2020. This was due to an increase in Roro ship visits to the Public Wharves at Tanjung Wangi Branch, Lembar and Jamrud Terminals due to high activity from PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran ships with the minimum number of visits reaching 30 calls/month. The same also happened to the Gresik Branch, especially for non-fuel liquid bulk ship activities at TUKS.
