FINANCIAL REVIEW

The following financial review refers to the Financial Statements for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020 which are presented in this Annual Report. The Financial Statements were audited by Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja with an opinion of “fair in all material respects”, together with the consolidated financial position of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero)) and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2021 as well as the financial performance and the consolidated cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.
