INVESTMENT IN PROPERTY-NET

Investment in property in 2021 reached Rp873.43 billion, an increase of 0.69% or Rp6.02 billion compared to Rp867.42 billion in 2020. The increase was mainly due to the increase in the cost of land of Rp 23.00 billion.

FIXED ASSETS-NET

Fixed assets - net in 2021 reached Rp46.30 trillion, an increase of 3.86% or Rp1.72 trillion compared to Rp44.58 trillion in 2020. The increase was mainly due to the increase in fixed assets for the acquisition cost of port facilities of Rp.968.80 billion.
