FINANCIAL REVIEW

  1. Procurement of 2 (two) Tugboats with a capacity of 2x1800 HP for Dumai Branch due to work in PT Dok and Perkapalan Surabaya; and
  2. Procurement of 3 (three) Tugboats with a capacity of 2x1600 HP for Belawan Branch due to work in PT Daya Radar Utama.

Equipment Facilities

Investments in port equipment facilities in 2021 was Rp169.65 billion, a decrease of 63.27% or Rp292.29 billion compared to Rp461.94 billion in 2020. This decrease was due to:

  1. Repairs to loading and unloading equipment belonging to the Palembang Port Branch (Regional 2; and
  2. Addition of 3 MVA Power with the installation of 1 QCC cable reel, 2 Jib Cranes and 4 RMGC units, Pontianak Port Branch (Regional 2).

Installation Facilities

Investments in installation facilities in 2021 was Rp119.84 billion, a decrease of 22.54% or Rp34.87 billion compared to Rp154.71 billion in 2020. This decrease was due to:

  1. Arranging the surge voltage protection system in the port area in Regional 1; and
  2. Electrification of Teluk Bayur harbor cranes and supporting facilities (Regional 2).

Land and Land Rights

Investments in land and land rights in 2021 was Rp79.31 billion, an increase of 852.84% or Rp70.99 billion compared to Rp8.32 billion in 2020. This increase was due to procurement and land acquisition for toll road access for Makassar New Port.

Roads, Buildings, Facilities and Infrastructure

Investments in roads, buildings, facilities and infrastructure in 2021 was Rp318.44 billion, a decrease of 44.34% or Rp253.72 billion compared to Rp572.16 billion 2020. This decrease was due to:

  1. Construction of the Kalibaru Port East Access Road; and
  2. Construction of Tanjung Priok Port I, II, and III Industrial Roads.

Equipment and Supplies

Investments in equipment and supplies in 2021 was Rp72.33 billion, a decrease of 49.88% or Rp71.97 billion compared to Rp144.30 billion in 2020. This decrease was due to non-absorption for:

  1. Stage II development for remote crane management and monitoring system devices; and
  2. Repairs to loading and unloading equipment at the Pontianak branch.
