Capaian Arus kapal dalam satuan unit tahun 2021 mencapai 99,93%, sedikit berada di bawah target RKAP, ketidaktercapaian ini disebabkan menurunnya kunjungan kapal penumpang pada Cabang Tanjung Balai Karimun. Sedangkan untuk satuan GT berhasil melampaui target RKAP yang mencapai 100,01%, hal ini dipengaruhi adanya peningkatan kunjungan Kapal Roro di Dermaga Umum pada Cabang Tanjung Wangi, Lembar dan Terminal Jamrud akibat tingginya kegiatan kapal PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran dengan jumlah kunjungan minimal 30 call/ bulan. Hal yang sama juga terjadi pada Cabang Gresik khususnya kegiatan kapal curah cair non-BBM di TUKS.

Arus petikemas dalam satuan box tahun 2021 berhasil melampaui target RKAP yang mencapai 106,85% demikian pula dalam satuan teus tercapai 107,10%. Ketercapaian ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut:

  • Adanya peningkatan kegiatan kapal adhoc di tahun 2021 sebanyak 104,701 teus, selain itu penambahan service baru seperti CIS (OOCL), CS2 (CMA,WANHAI), CIS/CIM2 (OOCL, GOLDSTAR, ONE), CMI2 (SITC), NSJ (TSINE/BENLINE) dan Direct US (Ali Express) pada JICT; dan
  • Adanya kenaikan arus petikemas Pelayaran PT Salam Pasific Indonesia Line, PT Tanto Intim Line, PT Caraka Tirta Perkasa, PT Indo Container Line, PT Pelayaran Tresnamuda Sejati pada IPC TPK Tanjung Priok 1.

Ship traffic in 2021 reached 99.93%, slightly below the RKAP target, due to a decrease in passenger ship visits at the Tanjung Balai Karimun Branch. GT exceeded the RKAP target to reach 100.01%, due to an increase in Roro Ship visits at the Public wharf at Tanjung Wangi Branch, Lembar and Jamrud Terminal due to the high activity of PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran ships with a minimum number of 30 calls/month. The same also occurred at the Gresik Branch, especially for non-fuel liquid bulk ships activities at TUKS.

Container traffic in box units in 2021 exceeded the RKAP target by 106.85%, and by 107.10% for teus units. This achievement can be explained as follows:

    1. There was due to an increase in adhoc vessel activities in 2021 of 104.701 TEUs, in addition to new services such as CIS (OOCL), CS2 (CMA, WANHAI), CIS/CIM2 (OOCL, GOLDSTAR, ONE), CMI2 (SITC), NSJ (TSINE/BENLINE) and Direct US (Ali Express) at JICT; and
    2. There was an increase in shipping container traffic by PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Line, PT Tanto Intim Line, PT Caraka Tirta Perkasa, PT Indo Container Line, PT Pelayaran Tresnamuda Sejati at IPC TPK Tanjung Priok 1.
