DIVIDEND POLICY PROJECTION FOR 2022

The dividend policy is based on fulfilling the interests of the Shareholders as well as the business development plan. The decision to determine the amount of dividends is made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). In 2022, Pelindo plans to distribute dividends amounting to Rp1,316.85 billion for the fiscal year 2021 profit. The amount of cash dividend payments will be made after approval at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), the determination of the 2022 dividend of 40% of profits or Rp1,316.85 billion was carried out during a Pre-GMS discussion.
