REGIONAL 1

Regional 1 marketing projections in 2022 are to collaborate:

1. Pilotage and towing Services at the Anoa Natuna Special Terminal (Tersus) in the Natuna Offshore Waters, Anambas Islands Regency, Riau Islands Province with Premier Oil Natuna Sea B.V. at Batam Port Branch; and
2. Marketing Towing Services at the Lubuk Gaung Dumai Special Terminal with PT Wasaka Indonesia Jaya at the Dumai Port Branch.

The Regional 1 property management projection for 2022 is to enter into new MOU/cooperation agreements and cooperation extensions as described belowllows:

1. MOU/New Cooperation Agreement
1. New cooperation agreement for the use of A GPS Building with SPMT subholding; and
2. New cooperation agreement for lease land for coal loading and unloading activities at the Tembilahan Branch.
2. Extension Cooperation
1. Extension of the land use cooperation agreement with PT Bank Negara Indonesia in B Grha Pelindo Satu Building.
2. Extension cooperation agreement for the use of space with PT Prima Kawasan Pembangunan in B Grha Pelindo Satu Building;
3. Extension of the land use cooperation agreement with PT SAN/KPBN covering an area of 25,353.7 m2 in the Belawan Branch;
4. Extension of the land use cooperation agreement with PT SAN/ KPBN covering an area of 6,777 m2 in the Belawan Branch.
5. Extension of the land use cooperation agreement with PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia covering an area of 27,827.63 m2 in Dumai Branch;
6. Extension of the land use cooperation agreement with PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia covering an area of 6,167.91 m2 in Dumai Branch.
