- Extension of the land use cooperation agreement with PT Komet Infra Nusantara at the Tembilahan Branch; and
- Extension of the land use cooperation agreement with PT Jui Shin Indonesia at the Malahayati Branch.
REGIONAL 2
From Regional 2 marketing projections in 2022, there are 2 (two) potential increases in market share, namely:
- Increased revenue by optimizing the delegation of Regional 2 Tanjung Pandan Guidance Services by expanding the piloting services at Manggar Port, East Belitung. The market potential at Manggar Port is large as there are several TUKS operating in the area; and
- As a form of synergy between SOEs, Regional 2 has collaborated with PT Pertamina in the piloting and towing services in several branches such as Cirebon and Banten. In 2022 to optimize cooperation, this system will be implemented centrally through a master agreement between PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) and PT Pertamina.
REGIONAL 3
Regional 3 marketing projections in 2022 are as follows:
- Cooperation in Transporting FAME from the TUKS of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia in Gresik to the Port of Tanjung Perak, Surabaya;
- Cooperation in the Management of TUKS Sriboga through Tanjung Emas Semarang;
- Cooperation in PT Kebon Agung’s Raw Sugar Unloading Service at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang;
- Cooperation in PT Setia Indo Putra’s Log Unloading Services in Tanjung Emas Semarang;
- Cooperation in loading and unloading of BBM Liquid Bulk with PT AKR at Benoa Harbor; and
- Cooperation in loading and unloading with PT Muria Sumba Manis at the Waingapu Port.
REGIONAL 4
Regional 4 marketing projections in 2022 are as follows:
- To support MNP Port as a hub a spoke (collector) is required that connects the logistics system in the region. The construction of dry ports in Jeneponto Regency for the southern region and Sidrap Regency for the northern region is expected to be the spoke (collector). Thus, to develop the Company’s business, Regional 4 plans to build a dry port in these locations;
- Optimization of Warehouse 105 in Regional 4 Makassar with an area of 3,800 m2 in collaboration with partners is expected to contribute to the Company’s revenue;
- The CTT program is expected to increase the level of service at the passenger terminal by presenting more accurate and detailed passenger embarkation and disembarkation reports online so that they can be accessed in real time.
