CULTURE INTERNALIZATION

To ensure the AKHLAK values are understood and embedded into the Company’s business process mechanisms, internalization is carried out following the principles of People (improving role fit), Practice (connecting roles to purpose), Place and Narrative (establishing connections in the workplace).

Management of Corporate Culture at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) has the following objectives:

  1. Provides guidelines for the management of Corporate Culture;
  2. Provides knowledge of the Corporate Culture role in the organizational structure and its function in the Company’s performance; and
  3. Ensures employees know what to do, how to do it, and why to do it so that employees are more confident in taking any action.

In preparation for the merger, in the period from June 2021 to September 2021, several joint cultural programs were carried out through a series of activities involving all employees, including:

  1. Determining the Change Management & Support Team, Change Champions and Change Agents through the Team Leader for the Acceleration of Synergy Improvement and Integration of State-Owned Enterprises in Port Services Decree No. SK.02.03/08/7/1/PSH/PMO-21 dated 8 July 2021;
  2. Holding a Pelindo Bersatu Change Management Webinar on June 25, 2021 for all employees;
  3. Holding a workshop on Key Success Factors in Running Change Management Toward Pelindo - Bersatu on July 9, 2021 for Change management & Change Support;
  4. Holding a webinar on Key Success Factors in Running Change Management Toward Pelindo - Bersatu Part II on July 16, 2021 for the Merger Working Group Team;
