HUMAN CAPITAL DIRECTORATE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

The HC Directorate duties for the strategic management of HC includes:

  1. HC planning strategy, organization and corporate culture;
  2. Remuneration and benefits and management policies;
  3. Talent management and HC performance and management policies;
  4. HC recruitment and development strategy;
  5. HC system and infrastructure management policies;
  6. Industrial relations management strategy, retirement preparation, and exit plan policies;
  7. Archive and management policy;
  8. Procurement policies and guidelines.

HUMAN CAPITAL STRATEGIC PROGRAM 2021

To support the merger of Pelindo I, Pelindo II, Pelindo III and Pelindo IV, strategic HC programs were instigated in 2021 including:

  1. Millennials succession preparation;
  2. Compliance with technical expertise standards;
  3. Percentage of women nominated as talent;
  4. HC management corporate parenting policy;
  5. Harmonization of personnel policies and preparation of a New CLA.

HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND STRATEGY FOR 2022

In the context of structuring the Human Capital sector after the merger, for 2022 the Company has prepared strategic HC programs including:

  1. Standardization and digitization of port services;
  2. Women nominated as talent;
  3. Millennials nominated as talent;
  4. Preparation of a talent development program study.
