Ensure that ICT investments are balanced according to the strategic value they provide to the Company;
Ensuring the support and involvement of the Business Process Owner for the implementation of ICT initiatives;
Ensuring the realization of ICT solutions transformation into Business Process Owner’s operational activities through the change management process;
Ensuring the availability of an ICT Work Plan and Portfolio in accordance with the Company’s targets, strategies and business needs;
Ensure that the ICT Work Plan and Portfolio are translated, developed and implemented within mutually agreed corridors;
Ensuring the management and maintenance of the Company’s ICT Architecture in accordance with the principles of ICT governance and in accordance with the Company’s IT Masterplan;
Ensuring the management of ICT human capital which includes the process of planning, coaching, and developing human capital as one of the Company’s key assets;
Ensuring the availability of ICT Risk management processes in the implementation of work programs and ICT operations;
Ensuring the existence of ICT Policies, Standards and Procedures that are in accordance with the Company’s conditions and ensuring regular evaluations of their implementation;
Ensuring the existence of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in ICT services;
Ensure that an SLA monitoring process is carried out, including the results of analysis and evaluation of SLA performance, and the preparation of consolidated reports on service performance and achievement on a regular basis;
Ensuring the supervision of project implementation and the availability of project documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations;
Ensuring the management of Change Management in the provision of ICT services;
Ensuring the management of Quality Assurance in the provision of ICT services;
Ensuring vendor profile analysis, risk assessment and scope of work;
Ensuring an inventory of assets and a review of the effectiveness of assets in meeting business needs; and
Ensuring the follow-up and improvement of any recommendations that have been mutually agreed with the internal and external auditors.
