1. Ensure that the supervision and evaluation of all ICT operational activities and services is carried out, as well as ensure that there are strategic measures to improve and develop service quality based on company work standards and targets;
2. Ensuring the availability, capacity, security and reliability of ICT services;
3. Ensuring optimal implementation of network infrastructure and Data Center operations in accordance with applicable standards and procedures;
4. Ensuring the readiness of Disaster Recovery Center in the event of a failure in main Data Center;
5. Ensuring the operation of help desk in meeting the needs and responding to complaints from users of ICT services in accordance with the established SLA;
6. Conduct investigations, analyzes and resolve problems in ICT services and component failures; and h. Ensuring the completion of requests for changes/ improvements to ICT services in a timely, controlled, and documented manner according to applicable regulations.

3. Department Head of Data Management
1. Ensure and review the management of company data according to the needs of relevant work units;
2. Ensure and review the availability of company data storage and security facilities;
3. Ensure and review:
• Procedures and frameworks in performing data management;
• Duties and responsibilities related to data ownership and data management;
• Work programs related to data management improvement/development;
• Data quality standards and data quality monitoring;
• Data operations and development delivery are related to data.
4. Recommend proposals regarding the following matters:
• Data management;
• Data architecture and integration;
• Data quality standards;
• Policies regarding Data retention;
• Policies regarding Data usage.
5. Coordinate matters relating to data governance with interested parties including but not limited to the management, business process owners, data owners; and
6. Monitor the implementation of data governance processes, data quality standards, policies related to data storage, and policies related to data usage.
4. Data Policy and Planning Manager, proposes and carries out the following:
• Procedures and frameworks in performing data management;
• Duties and responsibilities related to data ownership and management;
