POLICY OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONCURRENT POSITIONS

A member of Board of Directors may not hold other positions as follows:

1. President Director or Director in Other SOEs, or private company or other positions related to the management of the Company;
2. Other structural and functional positions in Central and Regional Government agencies/institutions; and
3. Other positions that may cause a conflict of interest directly or indirectly with the Company they lead and/or which are contrary to the applicable laws and regulations.
