CRITERIA OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Board of Commissioners in 2021 were prepared with the following main indicators and weights:
The contribution made by the Board of Commissioners to the company's performance achievements, which is shown through the achievement of corporate KPIs;
Measuring the timelinessof submitting opinions and suggestions which are the obligations of Board of Commissioners, using the average approval/ recommendation determination compared to the maximum number of days set for the approval/opinion/suggestion process;
Measuring the achievement of GCG for Board of Commissioners aspect in 2020 as well as following up on recommendations for areas of improvement in 2020 GCG assessment;
Measuring the level of activeness of Board of Commissioners in meetings held by Board of Commissioners, both internal meetings and meetings of Board of Commissioners with Board of Directors, as well as the number of working visits of Board of Commissioners to Branches;
Measuring the supervision and direction activities, measured by the amount of advice and direction given to the company on 7 main areas as required in GCG; and
Assessing the effectiveness of Board of Commissioners supporting activities, measured by the number of competency development held, as well as the effectiveness of supporting organs of Board of Commissioners, which consists of the level of attendance, number of meetings, and committee assignment reports.

The performance appraisal of Board of Commissioners is carried out using a self-assessment system.
