BRIEF REPORT OF AUDIT COMMITTEE ACTIVITIES IN 2021

Throughout 2021, Audit Committee has carried out the following duties:

1. Evaluate the RJPP;
2. Evaluate the proposed RKAP 2021 and prepare the Board of Commissioners’ response;
3. Analyze the gap between the IT master plan and the actual by identifying the risks that may arise;
4. Monitoring financial audit by KAP;
5. Evaluating the performance of KAP;
6. Provide response to the 2020 Audited Financial Report;
