GCG AND RISK MANAGEMENT MONITORING COMMITTEE TENURE

The term of office for members of GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee who are not members of Board of Commissioners is a maximum of 3 (three) years and can be extended once for another 2 (two) years, without prejudice to the right of Board of Commissioners to dismiss them at any time.
