GCG AND RISK MANAGEMENT MONITORING COMMITTEE MEETING POLICY

GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee holds meetings at least the same as the minimum requirements for Board of Commissioners meeting set out in the Company’s Articles of Association. GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee meetings are chaired by the Chairman of GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee or the most senior member of GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee, if the Chairman of GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee is unable to attend. If deemed necessary, GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee may invite the Management related to the meeting material to attend the GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee meeting. Each meeting of GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee is stated in the minutes of meeting signed by all members of GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee present. GCG and Risk Management Monitoring Committee holds coordination meetings with Structural Risk Management at least once in 3 (three) months.
