APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

The selection of KAP service provider is carried out using E-Procurement. Starting by inviting Business Players with activated status on July 15, 2021. As for the submission of bid documents was open from July 19, 2021 to July 21, 2021. The results of Provider Report and Proposal was completed on July 21, 2022 and submitted by letter from the Managing Director to the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of each state- owned port. The proposal was then submitted to the Minister of SOEs on July 24, 2020 for approval. Approval for the appointment of KAP by the Minister of SOEs and the determination of providers was carried out on July 30, 2021. The process of providing services by the appointed KAP will be completed on March 31, 2022.
