TRANSPARENCY OF REPORT SUBMISSION

The Company is committed to complying with the obligation to submit incidental and sectoral reports requested by the Regulator, Shareholders, and other parties who have rights in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The reports that have been submitted during 2021 include:

  1. 1st Quarter CSER Performance Report;
  2. 2nd Quarter CSER Performance Report;
  3. 3rd Quarter CSER Performance Report;
  4. 4th Quarter CSER Performance Report;
  5. Audited CSER Performance Report;
  6. Reporting on Agenda Setting; and
  7. Post Merger Pelindo Progress Report.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct is a guide containing the principles that govern behavior in implementing corporate values. The Code of Conduct is expected to be an aspiration for Pelindo people to achieve Pelindo's vision and mission. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero)'s Code of Conduct is built on a strong foundation of vision, mission, values and principles of Good Corporate Governance in carrying out the business activities of PT Pelindo (Persero). This Code of Conduct applies to the entire Pelindo People, namely Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and all Employees. This Code of Conduct will assist PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) in overcoming ethical issues or dilemmas that may be faced at work.

The Company's Code of Conduct has been updated with due observance to the existing guidelines at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I, II, III and IV (Persero). In the future, the code of conduct of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) will be ratified by the President Director and President Commissioner of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero).

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

  1. The purposes of implementing the Code of Conduct for PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) are as follows:
    1. Every Pelindo People understands that all Company's activities are based on the principles of good corporate governance which include Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Impartiality, Fairness and Trustworthiness;
    2. Encouraging all Pelindo people to behave well in carrying out all Company's activities;
    3. Creating a healthy and comfortable working atmosphere in the Company's environment;
    4. Build a better reputation of the Company; and
    5. Minimize the chance of deviation.
