favoritism, influencing, changing decisions, violating employment agreements, providing inappropriate benefits, and unethical with due regard to the work capacity of Pelindo People.

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) expects all Pelindo People to:

  1. Not giving or receiving all of the things mentioned above from external parties such as customers, competitors and vendors; and
  2. If an external party makes an offer or tries to do something similar, Pelindo People need to report to their superiors to determine the appropriate action to take and/or the GCU Team.

PROGRAMS AND PROCEDURES UNDERTAKEN TO OVERCOME CORRUPTION PRACTICES

  1. Circular letter has been submitted to Regional, Subholdingand Other Business Portfolios regarding the prohibition of requesting, sending and receiving bribes and gratification within PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) No SK. 01.01/25/10/2/ HLTI/UTMA/PLND-21 dated October 25, 2021;
  2. The signing of Letter of Integrity Pact and Compliance with the 2021 Code of Conduct of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) No. SK.01.01/29/11/2/HLTI/WDUT/PLND-21 dated November 29, 2021;
  3. A letter has been submitted regarding the follow-up to the implementation of single WBS for Pelindo Group, in which there is also an order to publish the prohibition of extortion, bribery and gratification practices No. SK.01.01/21/12/1/ HLTI/WDUT/PLND-21 dated December 21, 2021;
  4. Re-signing of the entire Pelindo II and Pelindo People (Directors, Board of Commissioners, and all employees, external) related to the strengthening of Pelindo People's commitment in preventing the accepting and giving bribes as well as corruption, collusion, and nepotism practices;
  5. A letter has been submitted to Regional, Subholding and Other Business Portfolios related to the prohibition of illegal collection, giving and receiving of bribes and gratification at Christmas and New Year celebrations No. SK.01.01/21/12/2/ HLTI/WDUT dated December 21, 2021;
  6. The signing of Maritime Personnel Integrity Pact at the Port of Indonesia involving port operators, agencies around the port, associations, service users, which was held on 28 December 2021.
  7. Pelindo Bersih Committee has been established based on the Decree of Board of Directors of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) No. SK. 01.01/31/12/1/HLTI/UTMA/PLND-21 dated December 31, 2021 concerning Duties and Responsibilities of Pelindo Bersih Committee in the Implementation of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Whistleblowing System; and
