PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA II (PERSERO) BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMPOSITION FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 2021 – DECEMBERB 31, 2021(POST MERGER)

On October 1, 2021, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) merged into PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and changed their names to “PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) abbreviated as Pelindo”. Thus, the composition of the Board of Directors for the period from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, included 7 (seven) people, consisting of 1 (one) President Director, 1 (one) Vice President Director, and 5 (five) Directors. All Directors are domiciled in the Pelindo working area. The Board of Directors composition can be seen below.

CLOSING

The Board of Directors would like to express its highest appreciation for the trust, commitment, and cooperation of all stakeholders, especially to all Pelindo personnel who have worked hard during the challenging economic conditions. For the dedication of all Pelindo personnel, the Board of Directors would like to express its gratitude whereby Pelindo achieved a good performance in 2021. For the directives given by the Board of Commissioners, which greatly contributed to the achievement of the Company’s performance, the Board of Directors would like to express its highest gratitude and appreciation.
