BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' REPORT

Commissioner, acting as President Commissioner, 3 (three) Independent Commissioners, and 3 (three) Commissioners. All of the Board of Commissioners are domiciled in the Pelindo working area. The Board of Commissioners composition and basis of appointment can be seen in the table below.

PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA (PERSERO) BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS COMPOSITION FOR THE PERIOD DECEMBER 9, 2021 – DECEMBER 31, 2021 (POST MERGER)

On December 9 based on the Minister of SOEs as a PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) GMS Decree No. SK-396/MBU/12/2021 dated December 9, 2021 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company, Irma Suryani Chaniago was dismissed with honor as an Independent Commissioner and Muchtar Luthfi Mutty was appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the needs of the Company. Thus, the Board of Commissioners composition for the period December 9, 2021 to December 31, 2021 consisted of 7 (seven) people including 1 (one) Independent Commissioner/Acting President Commissioner, 3 (three) Independent Commissioners, and 3 (three) Commissioners. All Commissioners are domiciled in the Pelindo Head Office working area. The composition and basis for the appointment of the Board of Commissioners can be seen in the table below.
