The process of integrating Pelindo’s shares in Subsidiaries into the Logistics and Hinterland Development Cluster is still under further study. The list of subsidiaries transferred into a Subholding are as follows:

Pelindo’s restructuring journey still requires various follow-ups in 2022, including the Inbreng Plan of subsidiaries in Logistics and Hinterland Development Cluster, preparation of Company’s Master Plan and Long-Term Plan (RJPP) for each Sub-holding, as well as business purification in each cluster according to their business focus.
