PELINDO INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

The merger of the four Pelindo into PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) resulted in the 8th largest container operator in the world with a throughput of 16.7 million TEUs (based on the 2019 Annual Report), with the throughput in 2021 reaching 17.1 million TEUs. The increase in the scale of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) is expected to increase brand awareness of ports in Indonesia, which will have a positive impact on increasing traffic in the future.
