OPERATIONAL REVIEW
- Existing Port Zone, the existing area of Benoa Harbor that will focus on the tourism sector, especially the cruise terminal;
- Fishery Zone, located on the west side of the existing port that will focus on the fishery sector;
- Development Zone I, a reclamation area located on the west side of the existing Benoa Harbor that will focus on the tourism sector, especially yachts, fish market, and Segara Kerthi Park;
- Development Zone II, a reclamation area located on the northeast side of the existing Benoa Port that will focus on the logistics sector for LNG and Containers; and
- Bali Tenten Zone, that will focus on supporting tourism facilities such as residential areas, conference centers and retail by using the concept of local content in modern design.
The BMTH development costs in 2021 were Rp327.94 billion or 76.79% of the 2021 RKAP target of Rp427.07 billion. The work completed in 2021 included work on the preparation of the basic infrastructure and public facilities to support tourism at the Benoa port (roads, canals, pedestrian and landscape works) and the preparation of basic infrastructure and public facilities to support tourism at the Benoa port (public facilities and artwork). The remaining work still in the construction stage includes the Dumping 1 revetment and retaining wall work and Dumping 2 revetment and retaining wall work and the Benoa Harbor Liquid Bulk Wharf.
