MARKETING STRATEGY

Following the right marketing strategy will encourage an increase in Pelindo’s products and services share. The following explains the Pelindo marketing strategy carried out by each Pelindo region in 2021.

REGIONAL 1

The marketing strategy carried out by Regional 1 focuses on improving the quality of customer service and expanding market share, which includes several related aspects as follows:

  1. Product and Service Aspect
  2. In providing port services, Regional 1 has provided services in accordance with operational performance targets and is expected to also meet customer expectations. The services provided focus on the time side, namely the speed of service (scouting services, delays and also loading and unloading of goods) and service quality (accuracy and work safety).
