HUMAN CAPITAL STRATEGY

Human Capital Management is one of the keys to success in carrying out the Company’s business strategy. The Human Capital management strategy is in line with the Company’s strategy will encourage the achievement of a high level of effectiveness and efficiency, accelerate the Company’s business processes, improve the quality of customer service, and ultimately provide maximum added value to all stakeholders of the Company.

The HC management strategy was focused on preparing HC to face changes in the Company’s business environment, related to the implementation of the Merger of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I, II, III and IV (Persero) to become PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), with adjustments made to the HC management strategy. For the HC management strategy in 2021, the following work programs were implemented:

  1. Organizational restructuring and governance within PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) by dividing the Company’s business management functions into four main business clusters: Container Services, Non Container Services, Marine & Terminal Services, and Logistics & Hinterland Development. Each of these clusters was established within the organizational structure of a Subholding that acts as a Business Owner focusing on developing their respective business segments, with a Holding as a Strategic Architect and Concession
