INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

By work area, the structure of Information Technology Management of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) is divided into Head Office ICT, Regional ICT and Subholding ICT management. The Head Office Information Technology Management, which is also known as the Group Information and Communication Technology is described as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities of IT Management Organ in Group Information and Communication Technology Group ICT System is under the Directorate of Strategy and is led by a Group Head. In Group ICT System, under the Head Group, there are 3 departments that led by a department head and 2 manager positions. The division of duties and responsibilities is as follows:

1. Department Head of IT Planning and Development
1. Ensuring the alignment and continuity of the process of ICT new development and/or solution improvement with related BPO’s needs based on cost and benefit achievement analysis;
2. Ensure that the process of planning, acquisition and development of ICT solutions is in line with the Company’s business needs;
3. Ensure that research and development is carried out by taking into account technological trends in the port industry to provide innovative solutions for the business;
4. Ensuring the synergy of Group ICT’s strategic plans into related units through mentoring, monitoring and evaluation of the work programs preparation of related units;
