  3. Consolidating data and information collection from various sources and conducting data checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
  4. Analysis of data related to short and long-term business plans to improve business processes, opportunities and risks;
  5. Alignment related to data management as well as needs related to data and reporting between the data management team and related parties;
  6. Design of solutions for operational issues related to data management as a point of contact between business and data management; and
  7. Analysis and mapping of requirements related to data and reporting and then making an implementation plan based on needs.
  1. Data Processing and Reporting Manager, proposes and carries out the following:
    1. Design of data quality standards and monitoring of data quality;
    2. Data operations and support for the delivery of new developments related to data;
    3. Work programs related to the improvement of data management, data modeling, data flow, and quality requirements in data models;
    4. Data structure, data description, and data architecture, and includes data models, data definitions, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries;
    5. Mapping of business requirements, system functionality, and business processes to maintain data sources and design development;
    6. Identification of specifications, data strategy, and documentation of data architecture from source to destination; and
    7. Implementation plans for small to large scale integrated solutions by adopting several technologies.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIC PROGRAM IN 2021

Pelindo has carried out a number of IT developments and implementations to support and increase added value that promotes new experiences for customers. The developments and implementations carried out in 2021 are as follows:

  1. Implementation of Autogate and Terminal Operating System in order to support the National Logistic Ecosystem Program;
  2. Implementation of Single E-Procurement System;
  3. Development of Single Manuscript Application;
  4. Inventory of IT assets owned by Regional 1 – 4;
  5. IT infrastructure development at Kijing Terminal, West Kalimantan;
  6. Application of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to support secure WFH (Work From Home);
  7. Preparation of Information and Communication Technology Governance;
  8. Development of GEN-C Application;
