In the development and implementation of information technology solutions in 2022, there are three general categories in the ICT sector, namely, Application Development and Implementation, IT Infrastructure Improvement and IT Strategic Management & Governance. The development and implementation that will be carried out in 2022 are as follows:

1. Application Development and Implementation
1. Strategy Formulation and Implementation of Single ERP;
2. Executive Dashboard Development and Implementation;
3. Enhancement of SIMPANDA Regional 2 work area;
4. Development and Implementation of HC Shared Service Center;
5. Implementation of TOS in Regional 1 work area; and
6. Implementation of TPK Terminal Operating System in Regional 4 work area.
2. IT Infrastructure Improvement
1. IT Infrastructure Development to support the implementation of Single ERP;
2. Construction of Command Center in GPS Belawan Building;
3. Development of IT Infrastructure in Regional 3 Terminal work area;
4. Development of IT Infrastructure in Regional 4 TPK Terminal area; and
5. Infrastructure development for Maritime Tower.
3. Preparation of IT Strategic and Governance
1. Preparation of IT Master Plan based on RJPP 2021 – 2025, as referred to the Minister of SOE Regulation No. PER-02/MBU/2013;
2. Conduct an IT Maturity Level assessment to evaluate the implementation of IT Governance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) by an independent party;
3. Conduct an INDI 4.0 assessment to measure the readiness of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) in transforming towards industry 4.0; and
4. Preparation and standardization of operational master data as a baseline for the entire system.
