BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TRAINING AND/OR COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT

Capability improvement is deemed important to enable the Board of Commissioners to update their knowledge on the latest developments of the Company’s core business, to anticipate problems that arise in the future for the sustainability and progress of the Company. The provisions regarding the Board of Commissioners capability improvement program are as follows:

1. The capability improvement program is carried out to improve the work effectiveness of Board of Commissioners;
2. The capability improvement program plan must be included in the Board of Commissioners RKA;
3. Each member of Board of Commissioners who participates in capability improvement programs such as seminar and/ or training is required to present to other members of Board of Commissioners for sharing knowledge; and
4. The member of Board of Commissioners concerned is obliged to make report on the capability improvement program. The report is submitted to Board of Commissioners, no later than 30 (thirty) days after the date of the program.

The trainings that have been attended by Board of Commissioners during 2021 are:
