The achievements of Individual Board of Directors’ KPI with an explanation of their achievements are submitted to the Board of Commissioners through an official letter. The Board of Directors’ individual KPI assessment is carried out referring to the measurement results carried out by the External Auditor that audits the Company’s Financial Statements for the year concerned, with the provision that the final realization of each KPI variable is a maximum of 110% (one hundred and ten percent).
