In the second Quarter of 2021, there were changes in the composition of Nomination and Remuneration Committee through a copy of Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero)No. SK-192/MBU/06/2021 dated June 11, 2021 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of Board of Commissioners of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero). Through this decree, Suaidi Marasbessy has been honorably dismissed as Independent Commissioner and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and D. Andhi Nirwanto has been honorably dismissed as Commissioner and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Therefore, the composition of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at the end of the second Quarter of 2021 is as follows:
