Remuneration Committee, if the Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee is unable to attend. If deemed necessary, Nomination and Remuneration Committee may invite the Management related to the meeting material to attend the Nomination and Remuneration Committee meeting. Every meeting of Nomination and Remuneration Committee is stated in the minutes of meeting signed by all members of Nomination and Remuneration Committee present. Nomination and Remuneration Committee holds a coordination meeting with Structural HC at least once in 3 (three) months.
