  4. Communication with the Board of Commissioners Relevant information generated from the assessment carried out by external parties is communicated to the management/ Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners;

    1. Preparation of guidelines for implementing policies and procedures;

    5. Utilization of intranet and internet; and f. Oral directions.
  7. Manage, develop, and update information systems to improve the usability and reliability of communication on an ongoing basis, taking into account the following:
    1. Information system development is based on the strategic plan for developing information systems which is part of the Company's overall strategic plan;
    2. Mechanism to identify the development of information needs;
    3. Technological developments and advancements;
    4. Continuous monitoring of the quality of information which includes content accuracy, accuracy, and ease of accessing information; and
    5. Adequacy of human resources and funds for the development of information technology.
