Separate communication lines are implemented as fail safe mechanisms to operate as anonymous or confidential communications when normal lines are inoperative or ineffective. Like a special whistleblower channel;
- Communication with the Board of Commissioners Relevant information generated from the assessment carried out by external parties is communicated to the management/ Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners;
- Establish communication methods
The communication method takes into account the timing, audience, nature of communication, as well as the terms of agreement and government regulations;
- Appy various forms and means of communication with employees and other related parties, including through:
- Preparation of guidelines for implementing policies and procedures;
- Circular letter;
- Memorandum;
- Announcement;
- Utilization of intranet and internet; and f. Oral directions.
- Manage, develop, and update information systems to improve the usability and reliability of communication on an ongoing basis, taking into account the following:
- Information system development is based on the strategic plan for developing information systems which is part of the Company's overall strategic plan;
- Mechanism to identify the development of information needs;
- Technological developments and advancements;
- Continuous monitoring of the quality of information which includes content accuracy, accuracy, and ease of accessing information; and
- Adequacy of human resources and funds for the development of information technology.
