WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM SOCIALIZATION

1. A total of 240 employees consisting of Departemen Head Human Capital and General Affairs, Departemen Head Legal and Public Relations, Departemen Head Operations, Departemen Head Commercial in Regions 1,2,3 and 4 as well as SVP Corporate Secretary in Subholdings participated in the socialization of clean ports (gratification and WBS), which was held via zoom on November 25, 2021; and
2. A total of 120 employees who are in charge (PIC) of WBS in regional areas 1,2,3 and 4 participated in the socialization of strengthening the WBS coordination flow via zoom by involving WBS PIC on December 8, 2021.

NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS HANDLING

For the period of October - December 2021, on behalf of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero):

1. There were incoming reports through the WBS channel, which consist of 47 out of scope reports and 1 (one) report related to WBS violations; and
2. 1 (one) report related to WBS violations has been followed up with 100% achievement and the reports included in the out of scope category have been suggested by the Independent WBS manager to be reported to Pelindo customer service channel.

SANCTIONS/FOLLOW-UP ON COMPLAINTS IN 2021

The reported party who is found guilty may be sentenced in accordance with the regulations in force in the company and/or the legislation. Sentencing can be carried out by the Indiscipline Team of each work area in accordance with the Regulations of Director Related to Indiscipline.

The 1 (one) incoming report has been followed up and not proven guilty, hence no sanction was imposed.
