BOARD OF DIRECTORS' REPORT

  1. President Director
    1. As the Head of the Company, the President Director acts as the leader of the Board of Directors members in preparing the Company's Long Term Plan (RJPP), and carrying out the Company's business activities as stipulated in the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) and Management Work Plan (RKM) in order to achieve the Company's goals; and
    2. As the Head of the Main Directorate, the President Director leads and defines the strategies for elaboration in the RJPP, RKAP and RKM for the activities of the corporate secretary, internal control unit, and integrated management to ensure compliance with applicable regulations based on the principles of good corporate governance, the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and good corporate governance in order to achieve the Company's goals, and to achieve the integration objectives of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero).
  2. Vice President Director
  3. As a coordinator in leading and setting strategy as an elaboration of the RJPP, RKAP and RKM in Legal activities and Subsidiary Development for support the achievement of the company's vision and mission and aspiration of Shareholders.

  4. Finance and Risk Management Director
  5. Responsible for functional strategic policies including the establishment and management of strategic policies related to finance and risk management to support the achievement of the Company's vision and mission and Shareholder aspirations.

  6. Human Resources and General Affairs Director
  7. Carries out the special duties of the Human Resources and General Affairs Director and provides advice and consideration in accordance with Company policy.

  8. Strategy Director
  9. Responsible for strategic policies which includes Strategic Planning, Development and Business Cooperation, and Information & Communication Technology to support the achievement of the company's vision and mission and aspirations of Shareholders.

  10. Investment Director
  11. Carry out special duties at the Investment Directorate and provides advice and considerations in accordance with Company policy.

  12. Managing Director
  13. Directs, determines and approves strategic policies related to the management of business services in the commercial sector, operational sector, Regional and Branch management, synergy of Company relations and work programs in the field of corporate management to support the achievement of the Company's vision and mission and shareholder aspirations.
