Company information can be accessed through the official website as well as reports published regularly, through Annual Reports, Press Releases, and reports using other communication media. Pelindo’s official website at www.pelindo.co.id is available in Indonesian and English. The Company also continuously updates the information provided on the Company’s website on a regular basis.
The Company also discloses important information through the Annual Report and Financial Statements. The annual report is presented in Indonesian and English. The annual report clearly states the identity of the Company, by stating the year of the Annual Report and the identity of the Company. The Annual Report is published on the Company’s website and can be downloaded. The Company presents financial information with comparisons for the past 5 (five) fiscal years. The Annual Report also contains share information; bond information; the Board of Commissioners Report and the Board of Directors Report; complete Company profiles; a Management Discussion and Analysis on Company Performance; disclosure of Good Corporate Governance practices and Financial Statements. In 2021, the Company also received awards in various fields. Information on awards obtained by the Company can be seen in the Company Profile Chapter.
In 2021, development of the corporate governance implementation was carried out by the Company, and the Company carried out GCG assessments for the fiscal year 2020 for each business entity prior to the merger, namely Pelindo I, Pelindo II, Pelindo III and Pelindo IV. The assessment criteria used was based on the Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs Decree No. SK-16/S.MBU/2012 dated June 6, 2012 concerning Indicators/ Parameters for Assessment and Evaluation of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in SOEs. The score obtained for Pelindo I was 95.63 with the predicate “Very Good”, Pelindo III scored 93,156 with the predicate “Very Good” and Pelindo IV scored 91.93 with the predicate “Very Good”.
