BOARD OF DIRECTORS' REPORT

PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA II (PERSERO) BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMPOSITION FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 15, 2021 – SEPTEMBER 30, 2021

On March 15, 2021, December based on the Minister of SOEs as a PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) GMS Decree No. SK-79/ MBU/03/2021 dated March 15, 2021, Yon Irawan was dismissed with honor as Finance Director, and Mega Satria was appointed of as Finance Director, carried out in the context of structuring the Board of Directors membership composition.

Thus, the Board of Directors composition for the period from March 15, 2021 to September 30, 2021 included 8 (eight) people consisting of 1 (one) President Director, 1 (one) Vice President Director, and 6 (six) Directors. All members of the Board of Directors were domiciled in the Pelindo II Head Office working area. The Board of Directors composition can be seen below.
