CULTURE INTERNALIZATION

As mandated by the Ministry of SOEs through the Republic of Indonesia Minister of SOEs Circular Letter No. SE-7/MBU/07/2020 dated July 1, 2020 concerning the Core Values of Human Resources in State-Owned Enterprises, the Company has emphasized the application of AKHLAK as Core Values within PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), its Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies and has consolidated these through Circular Letter No. 0T.02.03/31/12/1/KBDK/UTMA/PLND-21.

As the basis for building the HC character to increase competitiveness, the Company carried out a cultural internalization program that adhered to the core values of AKHLAK, an acronym for Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, and Kolaboratif, or Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative.
